Anthony (Tony) Christopher
Anthony (Tony) ChristopherChief Executive Officer
Anthony (Tony) Christopher joined the founding management team of kSARIA in 2000 to head the company’s engineering and manufacturing functions. Tony moved to the role of President and CEO in late 2017. Over his career, he is credited as inventor on 12 issued patents, a number in the field of automated fiber optic assembly processes. He has also authored numerous papers in this field and frequently presents at technical conferences on fiber optic interconnectivity.

Prior to kSARIA, Tony served as the chief operating officer of Intelligent Automation Systems (IAS), an engineering firm specializing in innovative and custom-designed automation solutions in Cambridge, MA. As COO of IAS, Tony was responsible for the design, development, manufacturing, and support for all automation equipment developed by the company. His experience also includes engineering roles for Siemens Medical Electronics and Millipore Corp. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from MIT.

Michael A. DiPoto
Michael A. DiPotoPresident
Mike DiPoto brings 25+ years of financial and operational experience to kSARIA as a corporate, high technology financial/operations executive. Prior to becoming President in October of 2021, Mike served as the Company’s COO from June 2020 through September of 2021 and served as the Company’s CFO since joining the Company in 2007.

In his previous position as Chief Financial Officer at publicly held Data Translation, Inc., he led all financial, operational and administrative functions including human resources, investor relations, and information technology.
Prior to joining Data Translation, Mike served as Corporate Controller for software start-up, NuMega Technologies, Inc. where he led the finance team through the sale of the company to Compuware. Mike has also held senior finance positions in the hardware/software industry including RVSI, Acuity Imaging, Inc. and Automatix, Inc.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and a Masters of Business Administration from New Hampshire College.

Paul Jortberg
Paul JortbergExecutive VP of Business Development
Paul Jortberg has been involved in the fiber optics industry for over twenty-five years. Prior to joining kSARIA, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for StockerYale (now Coherent, Inc), where he played a key role in starting the special optical fiber division of the company. Paul then went on to be the General Manager of the business unit. Previously, he was Vice President of Sales for the Optical Fiber Division of Lucent Technologies (now OFS).

Paul also held senior sales positions at Spectran and AT&T. His experience includes technical sales, marketing, and business development. He has been involved in designing fiber optic communication systems for the defense, medical, commercial and industrial markets.

Paul has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northeastern University.

Mike Usher
Mike UsherExecutive VP of Operations
Mike Usher is a seasoned Aerospace and Defense (A&D) executive who has a strong blend of entrepreneurial and corporate skillsets across operations, financial metrics, and LEAN methodology.

Prior to joining kSARIA, Mike was Vice President of Operations at TE Connectivity’s Aerospace Defense Marine Group where he oversaw a network of 20 global manufacturing sites.

Previously, he was Vice President of Operations with Circor International for two separate business segments (Industrial, Aerospace & Defense) with concurrent responsibility for Global Manufacturing Integration across the enterprise.

Mike also held senior operation positions at United Technologies Corporation and was Founder and President of Finishers Technology Corporation before he divested the business in 2008. Mike has a B.A., Economics from State University of New York.

Ash Srivastava
Ash SrivastavaExecutive VP / Chief Financial Officer
Ash Srivastava is a tenured, high-impact executive who brings a hands-on approach, well-honed operating skills, and the operational/financial discipline required to run a successful business. Ash has been with kSARIA since 2019 when he joined the Company as Corporate Controller shortly after Behrman Capital acquisition of kSARIA and successfully executed the mandate to build out the Finance and Accounting teams across all kSARIA divisions and to formalize financial operating processes and procedures. He became Senior Vice President of Finance in 2020. Ash has deep knowledge of the “kSARIA” businesses, and understands the nuances and challenges associated with a growth Company.

Prior to joining kSARIA, Ash was Vice President and CFO for Zydus Noveltech Inc., a specialty pharma company, since its inception in 2007, and was also Vice President of Structured Finance for Bombardier Inc., a multi-billion-dollar aerospace and transportation company.

Ash is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA®) and holds a Ph.D. in Finance from University of Toronto, Canada, an M.B.A. in finance from Concordia University, Canada and a B.Eng. (Hons.) in mechanical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, India.

Cheryl Bosquet
Cheryl BosquetExecutive VP /Human Resources
Cheryl Bosquet is a seasoned Senior Human Resource professional who has 20+ years of experience delivering workforce strategies and leading the company’s biggest asset – it’s people. Cheryl has responsibility for the oversight of the company’s human resource operations including talent acquisition and development, organizational development and relations, and U.S. wide compensation and benefits. Cheryl has deep experience in guiding and positioning a company for growth both organically and through M&A – and is a key contributor to our M&A integration team. With her wide lens approach to people, she dedicates herself to business transformation and cultural change and is the driving force behind the company’s people strategy and the alignment to key business initiatives. She is committed to building empowered and high performing teams – with a “team first” approach to company culture.

Prior to joining kSARIA, Cheryl spent her career as a passionate Senior HR Leader in various industries including software and services and directed the human capital strategy and functions. She has also played a key role in several M&A transactions throughout her career. Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science in Business from Northeastern University and is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management. She also holds Professional HR development certificates from the University of NH and Cornell University.
