The Duraflex® and Megaflex® products offer exceptionally durable solutions that are abrasion, chemical, and moisture resistant.
SUPPLYING HOSE AND CONDUITS WORLD WIDE
The Duraflex® CAB series is a pressure tight flexible metal conduit that is resistant to vibration, heat and pressure. Available in brass (non-sparking), nickel-iron and stainless steel, it is manufactured in accordance with A-A-52440 (A-A-52440 supersedes MIL-C-13909C). Our brass hose product is ideal for situations such as building construction due to its spark-proof, explosion resistive properties.
Megaflex® conduit is a seamless PTFE convoluted tubing manufactured in accordance to AS81914. This product is also available in extra flexible linear aromatic polymer (PEEK).
Both can be braided with a variety of protective materials. Common applications include electrical wiring, landing gear, ignition leads, and fluid transfer.
IN-HOUSE MANUFACTURING AND BRAIDING
The manufacturing of our flexible metal conduit and product braiding is done in-house at our CIA&D Division. This allows us to maintain exceptional manufacturing and quality control of our flexible metal conduit and PTFE convoluted conduits.
